The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the UGC Forge mobile application and website, including all software and services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("You") and Happy Tech Bilgi Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("UGC Forge"). All users who use this Service, related services and features are known as our "Users".
Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of UGC Forge. When you install and use the UGC Forge application, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of the service. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, you must not install or use the application and must destroy, return or delete all copies of the UGC Forge software in your possession.
Use the Service to generate, create, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Use the Service to generate content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
Use the Service to generate content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group.
Use the Service for any abusive purpose, or to damage or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, users, facilities, or to any person.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any portion of the Service.
Use the Service to generate content that contains child abuse, child pornography, or any other content that exploits minors.
Use the Service to generate content that impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
UGC Forge users affirm that they are either above sixteen (16) years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions contained herein.
UGC Forge provides AI-powered image and video generation services. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. However, the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control including emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused, limited or curtailed.
We are not responsible for any data, messages, or content lost, not delivered, delayed or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communications services or networks. We may impose usage or Service limits, suspend Service, or block certain kinds of usage in our sole discretion to protect users or the Service.
UGC Forge uses third-party AI services to generate images and videos. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
UGC Forge only accepts payments through Play Store and App Store. We do not store any credit card or related information on our servers and are not responsible or liable for any damages in these regards. By purchasing premium services, you agree that your account will be renewed automatically without any prior notice and charged accordingly through Play Store or App Store. You may cancel the premium services at any time, in which case your account will not be renewed.
Premium users may request a refund of premium services if certain conditions are met. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to the following conditions:
UGC Forge may terminate your services for any reason at any time. If the termination is due to violation of these Terms, you will lose all rights regarding refunds or any other benefits. If the termination is for other reasons, you may be eligible for a refund according to our refund policy. In any case, UGC Forge is not responsible for any damages or costs arising from termination or any other reason related to our services.
UGC Forge Service is owned by Happy Tech Bilgi Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi. All visual interfaces, compilation, information, servers, products, software, graphic materials, computer source code or object code, and all other elements of the service are owned by Happy Tech Bilgi Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi.
UGC Forge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. You agree to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or revisions. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to account for any changes made, as they will be binding upon assent.
